I have run into a program someone else had written. They used binary to address the direct read in the MSTR function block. I am not familiar with this and they did not descriptor anything. Can anyone help me decipher what the binary code indicates?

 

I may not be following you, but you should be able to right click on the Mstr block, Choose Register Editor / click in the routing address data field for that routing address / go to the bottom and choose Radix and choose decimal and put the number in as decimal.
