This project looks good, but seems to have died - the last email in their Archive is dated Oct 1998, plus the ftp server seems to down (as are ALL 6 of the mirrors).
Too bad, they include a Sy/max (Schneider Square-D) and R3964 (Siemens) driver I'd like to see! The 2 authors of these units have "moved on" and
email to them was returned. I sent email to the site webmaster. We'll see if he's still around.
We have to make sure the Linux PLC doesn't go the way this one did. Their email archive seems to tail off in people arguing about Java or Tcl or ??? as the "one" way to do the HMI for the project.
The site looks good - maybe linuxplc.org can follow their lead.
- Best Regards
