Re-vamping of Smoke Density/Dust concentration monitor

We want to replace obsolete dust monitors with new type. I want to share experience from users who are using DURAG D-R290, Land 4500MKII, SICK OMD41 or CODEL D-CEM2100. How much maintenance required, how to calibrate and what common problems users are facing?

This information will help us to better select the right product for our oil fired boilers.
