Reading serial port win intouch 9.5

I need to read data sent from a balance, and show it in an intouch aplication. the data is sent continuously and it compose of 8 charecters ascii. Each character is sent as - 1 start bit - 8 data bits - 2 stop bits. -

I tried to read it from PLC directly but the MOMENTUM wich i'm using doesn´t support 2 stop bits. So i'm trying to read it directly from the pc com port. But as i recieve the data as a continuous string i dont know how to do it.
