I am new to Intouch and am trying to reboot the PC
from within Intouch 7.0.
I have seen an application use a condition script so when it counts down below a preset timer it reboots. This seems to use WWShutDownNT40( 30 )

This works in that application !!
Can anyone explain how or help ?
I tryed it in mine with no joy.

Thanks

A few things to check since you didn't mention them.

Is this running on the same computer as the script you saw? This function isn't installed by default when you install InTouch. It is on the Knowledge Base CD under Free Apps and Addons/Script and Script Functions/Factory Suite Functions. Or if you still have access to the PC you saw the script on, you can probably grab the files you need from it. To see if that function is installed, go to the script editor and try to pick the function fron the list. If it isn't on the list, it isn't on your system.

The integer in the parentheses is a 1,2 or 3...not 30.

1 - Logoff Current User
2 - Shut Down NT
3 - Reboot NT

Lastly, you need to be logged on as a user that has access to shutdown. This usually isn't a problem if you can already do this from the start menu.
