Where Can I find text of "Recomendation CCITT v.29."?

In the 'Blue book', (All telecom standards where published in a series of volumes).

These have now been superseeded by the ITU regulations (they incorporate the CCITT)

Unfortunately you will not get them without subscription or payment of somesort, but most companies in the Telecoms industry have copies of all the blue books, ask around.

(Unfortunately I have just moved back to the automation sector from telcoms, where I worked before I had all these on CD :-( )
