Can any one of you elucidate me why the power transformer yards are filled with jelly stones. Some say this is to avoid growing of weeds. If so they can be plastered using cement now. Then what is the purpose. Any technical reason behind this -- please clarify technically! With lots of thanks, Veda, India. [email protected]
