Replacement of DSE 7320 by DSE 7320MKII

We have replaced DSE 7320 module by DSE7320MKII on cummins QSK50 diesel generator, but it is giving alarm of "ECU data fail" and gets shut down. All connections has been verified and same configuration has beeb done. DSE 7320 is working fine but when we replace it, it gives same error. Can anyone guide me about the issue?
