Everyone,
I have become aware that one of our major facilities currently uses a SyMax model 650 PLC.
I have only recently started to research this model on the Internet, but I am curious if anyone can provide quick answers to any of these basic questions.
1) When did Square D stop supporting the SyMax model 650?
2) Including eBay, what are some good sources for this models hardware (PLC Processor, I/O modules, communication modules, etc.)?
3) Is there any current programming software and HMI software that supports this model?
4) Your basic experiences on converting from SyMax: When, to what, how large was your system, time to convert?
