resetting an AN-6100C

I was configuring this Ametek annunciator last night and left the serial communication settings as 1200bps, no parity and addrress=2. Earlier today i tried to connect again using the configuration software and had no success... i tried ALL addresses (from 1 to 255) and nothing happened, the panel just flashed and no connection was made... it seems to have a "ghost" modbus address. Anyway, is there any way of resetting this to the factory values (9600bps, adrees=1...)???
