Is it possible to reuse steam after turbine? just use little amount of fuel for make deasir (sic) pressure and temperature?

 

It is possible to use a steam turbine as a stage in pressure reduction. Variants are a pass-out turbine where some steam is removed or extracted from an intermediate point, or a back-pressure turbine where the turbine is expressly designed to have a defined positive pressure at the exhaust end, rather than a near-vacuum.
