Can someone help me with some information of flow meters that can be activated by RFID tags. It would be even better if the RFID tag details can also be transmitted via HART protocol

Difficult to understand your application

What do you mean by an RFID activation - do you want to measure the rate at which RFID tags pass in front of some point ??
