Rockwell PCMK

I am trying to use the Ingear ActiveX comms control with the PCMK card, and I have discovered that the PCMK card starts up in state D3 (powered off).

RSLinx will turn the card into D0 (fully Powered) then turn it back off. Due to technical transfers (or not!) between Ingear and Rockwell, the activeX does NOT power up the card.

With the laptops I have tried this in, putting the laptop in standby then bringing it out of standby will put the PCMK card in the D0 state.

Does anyone know of a PCMCIA utility that will power up the PCMCIA card on demand?

Thanks in advance!!
