I have the old Ronan X96 density meter.

It misreading a little high from tests I have been getting.
Anyway when I go in to referencing to adjust it. It all start but comes up with error (low referencing counts fault).

Just wondering what this means.

 

Go into the "Calibration Constant" settings and check your fault counts low and high value settings. these values will restrict a high or low calibration from being performed if out of range value of reflow counts from detector.
