RS View32 Telephony Issue

We have an issue using a telephony card and RSView 32. We are using the telephony card to call a Nextel phone and provide a voice synthisized message on an alarm condition.

If the Nextel user is not on the system, the Nextel dispatch system answers the call with a pre-recorded message that says "Please hold while the Nextel customer you have called is located". If the customer is found the call is transfered otherwise voice mail picks up.

The problem is that the telephony card thinks that the pre-recorded Nextel message that answers is a "live" person answering the call and plays the alarm message and stops the dial out sequence. We want the dail out to continue until a "real" person acknoweldges the call.

Has anybody had this problem and are they aware of a work around?
