We have a system working as a slave to transmit data to an OMRON PLC via RS485 port (source fimware is available). Now the PLC has to be replaced with AB Micrologix1400. Can some one guide me with required RS485 electrical & protocol details of ML1400 so that the source firmware can be modified to work with ML1400. The end user will take care of ML1400 application software.
