I'm just getting my feet wet with OPC and I'm trying to set up RSLinx as a Remote OPC Server on an Ethernet. I have RSLinx Gateway on the Server PC and Rockwell tells me I need at least RSLinx Lite on the client. I've been able to set up RSLinx on the client with a Remote Devices over Gateway driver. I'd hoped that RSLinx wasn't required on the client. Anyway, any help or tips with this problem or OPC in general would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
