RSMACC verses MASS AUTO SAVE

Our group at work is currently looking into a auto save software. I've read alot about MASS Auto Save but nothing from any users on SMACC, other than the sales pitch on thier web site.

Question: Will RSMACC run on Linux?

I like you haven't seen hide nor hair of RSMACC in the field yet. There's been years of splash and announcements, but nothing real. In talking with some of the developers, RSMACC will not run on Linux.

For the best functionality across all control devices and editors, MDT's AutoSave is still the leader. I've heard too that RSMACC will be twice the price as MDT's AutoSave with less support. Check out "www.mdtsoft.com":http://www.mdtsoft.com

RSMAAC is not a product! It is an engineering service from GMS. Rockwell does not want to fund the development of a complete product. They would rather have your company fund their product through GMS service. The service ain't cheap $150-$200/hour.
