Using RSView ME V4.00 on DEll D810 XP. When I browse my tags from a screen object the browser comes up empty... not even \System tags. I have tried reinstalling but no luck.
The one thing bothering me is I have gained an extra directory under Documents and Settings, i.e. as well as All Users I now have All Users.Windows... I think there may be a connection with the tags disapearing... but I know not!
Has anyone had a similar problem?
