What do I need to establish communication between RSView and PLC Siemens S7-300 ?

You can use OPC server/client and make communication because rockwell and siemens both are OPC compliant so you can do data exchange successfully.

Ask your Rockwell distributor if you can use Kepware. It is available from Rockwell. I know it can be used with RSVIew and the S7-300.
