Can anyone please tell me how to download DB in S7 PLC in detail? It would be better if you give the procedure.

In Simatic Manager, right click on the DB, then in the right click menu, click PLC, then Download.

 

Do you mean getting the DB in the S7 PLC to your PC. If that's the case, we call it UPLOAD. DOWNLOAD is to copy from PC to PLC.

1. If your Simatic Manager is already connected to the S7 PLC via MPI, simply open the accessible node dialog.

2. Double click at the MPI=2(2 is CPU default address) and further click at the Block. You would display all the blocks.

3. Select the DB that you want and drag it to your project' Block container.
