can sombody inform what is sama standrad IV for dial thermometers and which is this standardaed and for whar purpose

SAMA or the "Scientific Apparatus Makers Association," produced standards associated with industrial process instrumentation.

Standard IV probably means Std No. 4-1-1962 coverng Bimetallic Thermometers.

Publishing rights were ake over by MCAA, or "The Measurement Control & Automation Association!"
