I think the distinction to be made is not which valve manufacturer is better. The question is: Which valve fits best to your process conditions?
Both manufacturers are well known and established. Check if the valves they offer are fit for the application, e.g. by using CONVALs reliability and controllability KPIs Ri & Ci. If both perform equal, it might be a question of price, service & repair capabilities available at your location and more.
