There are 2 transfer pumps for transfering condensate from suction scrubber to 3 rd stage separator. The pumps are configured to be in auto and standby mode.
Now there are 2 control valves at the discharge of transfer pump which is controlled by LT at the scrubber.
Now on High High level in scrubber it is desired to operate both auto and standby pumps together.
So is this possible with single LT?
And also is this possible to change the mode of pump from standby to running mode catering to additional condensate accumulated in scrubber so that both the pump will start running.
