I have a sensor (TSM-3 of Rainbird) which measures soil's Moisture, conductivity & temperature and gives an SDI-12 output. I want to connect this sensor with a controller which accepts Modbus RTU. I am looking for an appropriate converter which can convert SDI-12 to Modbus RTU. Could anybody please help?
