My problem is I need to secure my system in TCP/IP networking that keep not everybody can enter the system.

There are many ways to secure your TCP/IP network.
I am assuming that you only want the Intouch and the LabView PCs to have access the the OPC Server and the PLC over Ethernet.
Not knowing where they sit on your network, but you can use a managed switch and configure it in a VLAN so that only those systems will be on the same virtual network, that will allow you to lock out any and all other systems.

Good Luck

You could use a Cisco ASA or ISR for designing a secure network.

Drop me a line if you need details.
