selection of magnetic overload load relay for motor

hello every body

can anyone explain me how to select an overload relay (magnetic) for the following induction motor which should withstand the starting current.

Motor details:
550v, 50HZ, 3Ph, Squirrel cage, 123 Amps (rated)
