I need to design a self tuning PID controller based on the relay feedback system and hysteresis. Needs to compensate for dead-time. This has to be implemented on the Maxiflex 360 PLC. Could you assist me in guidelines on PID design and also how to use "Omniflex project" to program a PLC.
