Setting Quantum PLC counter to different than actual value

I want to set up counter counted value to different than actual value. How can i do it using Concept V2.6 programming tool? Used PLC is Quantum 140 CPU 434 xx.

i want to make counter to count up and down by using ladder diagram (this is for plc based parking car door controller) i need your help thank you.
