The real time clock is configured in DB1.
If you can get access to a Siemens S5-115U manual,
chapter 11 - Integral Blocks, outlines how to do it. There is another method in the manual in Chapter 13, but that requires programming and manipulating system words, which can get complicated.

If you can get access to one, the part # for the manual is 6ES5-998-0UF23
