Siemens CP5412 (Event ID: 565)

i have a problem with Siemens CP5412 interface. It gives an event ID:565 and crashes. i have S5 and S7 PLCs on the profibus-DP network. so i used a "user-defined" configuration in order to communicate S7 and S5 PLCs at the same time. But during the communication, CP5411 sends a message and crashes. The message is below:

Event ID: 565
Source : 5412A2
Type : Error

"An exceptional situation has occured on the CP5412A2(Profibus). The firmware reports '|e_delete'. ..."

Could anyone help me?
