Siemens PLC functions DB_OWRITE problem

i have used siemens plc n was currently working on DB_OWRITE function for its blocks. all have worked out except 2nd block ESTRUCTRED block which does not carry out the complete data transaction and replies NAK!

Also there one problem with read function, that it slows down after each request following READ, be it reading one byte or more

Please reply some solutions if possible!!
