I am also intrested in Siemens Simadyn D because I have the S7 installed on my notebook but I don't know what is needed for accessing the CFC program in the Simadyn D PLC!

Unfortunately there is no way to access Simadyn-D through the Simatic manager. In order to do configuring with Simadyn-d you will need a version of Struc-L or Struc-G.

 

There is a S7 replacement module for the simadyn's PM6. It is the FM458. It can communicate with the FAST IO modules and the logic is written in CFCs.
