I have inherited a notebook computer from a previous programmer at our company and one of the installed programming packages is Step5 V7.2. I would like to change the name of who it was licensed to but I do not know how. I was told to reinstall the software but that did not work. The install worked just fine and it asked me for my company name and my name. When I started the program it still had the previous programmers name. I have already changed the Windows user name so I do not think the install got the info from Windows. Does anyone out there have any ideas?

I guess when you change the programmers name in the printing directory, it would help, S5 always remebers the last name or objects you give in, I have not the program here, but if this don't work, reply to my mail, and I will find out next week.
