Siemens V94.2 Gas Turbine Exhaust Temperature Measurement

Hi All

I need some basic information about Siemens V94.2 GT's exhaust temperature measurement. There are six thermocouples at the exit of the turbine to measure exhaust temperature. Group one MBA22CT012..13..14 and group two MBA22CT016..17..18. The turbine has two silo type combustion chambers with eight hybrid burners. If any one of the combustion chamber producing low temperature or high temperature than other, how can I ensure about the abnormal condition of that combustion chamber by trending exhaust thermocouples reading?

Thanks in advance,
Rokan

2 Groups of thermocouples represent the combustion in 2 combustion chambers. The difference should not be more than 30-40 between the average of this 2 groups. If difference is more that means combustion is hotter in the CC whose group average is higher. This can be because of various reasons:

More Gas going through this CC, which can be corrected by putting the right orifice in the gas pipeline

Clearances have changed in the mixing chamber etc. which can be a very wild-wider issue for which Siemens can guide better.
