I have existing machine (Blowing Machine), and machines have a several AC Servo motor (1FT5044-1AF7-3AB0, 1FT5044-1AF7-3AA0 AND 1FT5046-1AF7-3AB0) derived by SIMODRIVE U/E-MOD.INT/EXR.10/25Kw (6SN1145-1AA01-0AA1) and SIMODRIVE LT MODULE INT 15A (6SN1123-1AA01-0AA1). SIMODRIVE controlled by Beckhoff PLC through Interface relay and analogue module.
This system stopped for 2 years and I reconnected it nearly 1 month ago. When I power up the machine the SIMODRIVE run after 10 minutes or 5 minutes or run at once I don't know why. i checked all control signal and jumper. it already connected well. from 3 days I power up the machine the SIMODRIVE did not run, I Measured the input Power on the power terminal and on terminal X181 I found it correctly but there is no output DC volt between M500 and P500 and so there is no output volt between P600 and M600. Is there any test or procedure to do to know the problem to solve it, please help me.

In the last run for the machine, the operator power off the machine while the machine run, i read a caution i should disconnect the control single first and then the power supply, i don't know this may effect on the power module SIMODRIVE.
