Single Loop or cascade: density control downstream after the tank

Dear friend,

I have a tank on which there is a inlet for the brine whose flow is controlled to dilute or thicken the outflow of slurry in the tank. The density of the outflow from the tank is measured and purposed to be maintained. I ask for your advice, whether I should use a normal single loop in which the density reading directly control the control valve on the brine pipe or a cascade loop which requires a additional flow meter on the brine pipe, to eliminate the overshoot and fast respond. Thank you!
