Single-Loop Pneumatic Controllers

There are two single-loop pneumatic controllers for the steam turbine driven pump, one is designated pump controller and the other one designated as master controller.

Questions:

1. To manually open/close the control valve, which controller is manipulated to raise/lower the controller output to open/close the valve?

2. Is raising/lowering the master controller output raise/decrease the pump controller output as well although it is set to auto mode?
