SLC Processor communications fault

SLC 5/04 Processor has comm fault that will not clear. RSLinx shows red "x" across node 13 (which is the correct processor). Driver Diagnostics pass, but Stations Diagnostics fail. What is the procedure when replacing a remote 5/04? The comms are DH+ and RS232. Which driver do I install? Is there an "auto-configure" option within RSLinx?
