I need to weight some bottles as they use them and I need to use a simple sensor that the bottle can sit on.

What are the weight and size of the bottles?

If you can give an indication of the desired resolution, it will be useful. (e.g., 30Kg sensor with 0.01 Kg resolution)

Do you need just the sensor (load cell) or a complete scale?

Incomplete problem definition will get you incomplete answers.

Define the problem carefully and completely.
How may bottles. What size or sizes - physical 7 mass values, resolution required, units of measure, is it for counting also or any sampling, comparison etc. go - no go, inspection etc.
