smart plant instrumentation - installation issues

hello

i have an issue after i installed smart plant instrumentation software with sql, when i try to start the software it always return failed connection to server

i have made sure to install sql as per recommendation including server name, ID, and password. yet the problem still exists

has anyone managed to solve this issue before ?
