I'm looking for the PC based control software that is able to implement SECS-II communication.

 

Look at Wonderware.

 

We are recommending Ergotech as a third party SECS/GEM driver. It works with all Wonderware applications. If you want to do real time control (as you would do with a PLC) you can use InControl; if it's supervisory control you can use InTouch or Industrial Application Server.
