Softshop Upload from TI 560

I have 505 Workshop version 4.00 SP1 and a TI 560 plc with a converted version of the TIsoft ladder saved in workshop. When uploading program from plc to pc, to verify latest incarnation of the ladder, the program faults saying the ladder memory excedes the allocated. Any solution?
