I am doing my project on solar tracking system using a DC Stepper motor. What are the specifications of the motor (torque, rating etc) I need?

How can I balance the weight of solar array?

 

Well, if you are moving a 10 watt array, the motor you will need will be quite different than if you are moving a 1 kwatt array. And it will depend on the machanicals. How would we know?
