Solenoid valves: high cycle, ultrahigh reliability

We have an application where we have 60 3-way solenoid valves that have ~100,000 cycles per year. The problem is that a failure of just one switch costs $200,000. We are hoping to identify a valve that will last a million cycles, but also is exceptionally reliable and will stroke every time. Typical supply is either nitrogen or dry instrument air. Typical CVs needed, between 2 to 13. Does anyone have a favorite valve that they've seen work well?
