I am working on a project where I need solvent leak detector cables lining the tank farm area.
In the past I have used MSA panels which have I/S barriers going to leak detector cables.
1) Does anybody know what signals these cables use?
2) Can I directly wire them to transmitters?
3) Can someone recommend a direct source for these cables?
4) Do the leak transmitters provide anything special which I couldn't do in a PLC?
