why compressor stage in Ge nuovo pignone gas turbines has different color in rotor/ blade?

for instance for MS5002D i saw blue & brown rotor or blade

just wanted know what is material of this blue or brown coating & if other manufacturer use this material or no??

 

The coating on the first few stages act as corrosion protection layer on the compressor.

 

so what is material of blue or brown coating??
