Speed Sensor channel out during shutdown

Our powerplant is an ANSALDO V94.2 GT with ABB INFI90 logic. Sometimes during shutdown some speed sensor channeles became faulty, and when we have two channel out we have a trip at 250 rpm. The sensors manufacturer is BRAUN. Please if someone knows how to rectify this problem we will be very very glad of his help.
