To all System User: (Siemens DCS) Every System has its own advantags & disadvantages, some systems get's fail regularly that doesn't mean entire Siemens dcs is Failure. Maintenace of the system is also a big critirea. We are using Siemens DCS in our power plant at RGH. It's running safely. Only a small laziness with the people (P&A) they don't responds to quickly to the Customer's System problems. So my humble request to the Siemens that don't Neglect Customers, please be respond. "customers satisfaction" should not be only on a simple white paper. i think siemens group had got the point of failure in Indian market.

We are using TelepermXPAdd in our Plant since 2005. Yes, we also faced some problem of mimics not being updated, False analog O/P generation, incorrect values in Reports etc. which later resolved by Siemens. Still we are facing problem in delay in Alram reporting, Mimics updation (for digital signals), Reports are big concerns, But fortunatly we havn't faced any problem in Controller failure, Switching from master to standby etc. For AMC Siemens is offering exceptioanlly high value
