We are using a SPPA-T2000 system(Siemens) for the power plant here,

I have a problem here which is of the below nature:

When I take analog value sequece logs at different time cycles, i.e-15 min cycle or 1 min cycle or 5 min cycle, I have noticed that the data has a mismatch (lots of variation) at the same time on all logs (data on the log sheet are different at the same time in logs of different time cycles why is this???

 

i think it is got to do with packeges..
if your kks is in a fast cycle packege then your resolution is better but if the cycle is slow then the (let say you wanted 1 sec) "missing" data is extrapulated by the system.

 

Which version of SPPA T2000 do you have?

The analog sequence log can be set either within average or actual value. That looks like your system set as average, so different time range can resulting difference average value.
